Sneak Peek: "The C Family" {Columbus Family Photographer}
This was seriously…THE. CUTEST. FAMILY. EVER. I just loved them! Mom “T” is a freelance writer (and hilarious by the way) for Columbus Parent Magazine. We needed a fun family for a future cover and she graciously volunteered. I must say, I never could have imagined how gorgeous her family would be! They got out of the van and I was thrilled! We turned this quick little cover shoot into a full length family shoot. 
These girls are quite the modeling pros! Enjoy, guys!
Sneak Peek: "Baby M" {BABY STEPS STUDIOS- Columbus Baby Photographer}
I got a chance to hang out with “Baby M” and her mom this week for a quick little studio session. I had just gotten a couple new props, backgrounds, and flooring so I was thrilled to get a chance to try them all out. Being 3 months old, I wasn’t able to get “M” to do everything that I wanted with out a bunch of patience! It took some effort but eventually I got her to sleep…even with a tummy ache (her’s not mine!). Mom even called me “The Baby Whisperer”…yes, that is me! Enjoy!
Sneak Peek: The Kaelin Family {Columbus Family Photographer}
I must say, I was a little intimidated with the thought of this shoot. When shooting well-known people, you never know how the session will go. I have had sessions in the past with well-known people who were…um…less than friendly during the session. Dave Kaelin (of Dave and Jimmy- The Morning Zoo on WNCI) and his family could not have been more different! This family welcomed me into their home and made me feel like one of the family. I was there to shoot a family photo for an upcoming cover of Columbus Parent Magazine. My thought was, I will show up, take a couple photos, and get back home. Yeah, um…I ended up hanging out there for almost 3 hours just talking and joking around while the interview was conducted. I seriously had a blast! The family couldn’t have been more sweet and genuine. Thank you so much for allowing me into your family for a few hours!

Sneak Peek: "Baby J" {Columbus Baby Photographer}
Meet “Baby J”…a super cute little 7 month old boy with a mind of his own! Babies this age are always a challenge because they are just learning that they are able to DO things in this world. They want to explore; they want to MOVE! “J” was no exception to that concept. He is just learning to move around so requiring him to sit still just wasn’t an option. We had to think creatively and just kind of go with the flow!
Sneak Peek: "Baby C" {Columbus Baby Photographer}
Yes, I am aware that this is the third “Baby C” post in a row but I assure you that this is yet another child with a “C” name. This little guy was wide awake for most of the shoot and super alert. He was very big on being cuddled so it was made it a little difficult to get some of the shots that we were trying for but with some patience and a little time, we were able to get some great shots! We had a lot of fun playing with lots of textures and colors.

Sneak Peek: "The P Family" {Columbus Child Photographer}
This was my forth session with “The P Family”…this time for “M”‘s 6 month photos, “T”‘s 5 year photos, “C”‘s 3 year photos, and a couple of the family all together. “T” and “C” always keep me on my toes and require me to think outside the box a little but it is always fun! They were both thrilled to have their photos taken as long as I was willing to watch all of their ‘tricks’! Too cute! “M” was a perfect angel. She just wanted to sit and smile the whole time. Love those little baby rolls!
Sneak Peek: "Baby C" {Columbus Newborn Photographer}
I have two different newborn sessions yesterday and they are both “Baby C”‘s so hopefully the parents won’t get confused! Just kidding, of course! I am in LOVE with the images from this newborn session! “C” really made me work for these images and wanted nothing to do with sleeping…even at 8 days old! I seriously tried every trick in the book and there was no sleep in sight. Super cute images, though!
Sneak Peek: "Baby N" {Baby Steps Studios – Columbus Baby Photographer}
I had so much fun with this session! My friend Natalie brought her 8 month little girl “Baby N” over for a quick studio session yesterday. Natalie’s Mother and Husband are both amazing wedding photographers so you can bet that “N” is used to having her photos taken! “N” was all about being naked and since I just love that look, we kept her that way the whole session. Enjoy!
Sneak Peek: "Little J" {Columbus Child Photographer}
“Little J” came into the studio last week for a one year session complete with some family pics and a ‘smash the cake’ session. “J” went to town on his cake and made such a mess that we decided to throw him in the tub, play with some bubbles and clean him off before we headed outside for a few family shots.
